Use In Project AI with clear data expectations.

In Project AI helps construction teams analyze project documents, but outputs are drafts and insights that require professional review.

Hosting and data flow

  • The production application is hosted on Railway, with Cloudflare handling the product and application domains.
  • Supabase provides account authentication and persistent application data. Stripe processes paid-plan checkout and subscription billing.
  • Application traffic uses HTTPS. In Project does not currently publish claims about data-region selection or independently audited certifications.

AI processing and model training

  • Customer documents are sent to the Anthropic API only to produce the requested In Project AI analysis.
  • Anthropic states that commercial API inputs and outputs are not used to train its models by default. Exceptions can apply if feedback is submitted, the customer opts in, or retention is required for safety or legal reasons.
  • In Project does not use customer documents to train a public model.

Temporary uploads and retention

  • Temporary upload buffers are held in application memory, are not written to local disk, and expire after 24 hours or when the service restarts.
  • Run history and generated-export retention depend on the customer plan.
  • Customers can request deletion of project or account data by contacting [email protected]. In Project does not currently publish a guaranteed deletion SLA.

Authentication and account access

  • Supabase Auth handles web and mobile sign-in, sessions, password reset, and account access.
  • Users should protect account credentials, sign out on shared devices, and upload only documents they are authorized to share and analyze.
  • Security concerns, suspected incidents, and access or deletion requests can be reported to [email protected].

Professional review required

  • In Project AI provides AI-assisted project-control drafts and insights. Outputs must be reviewed by qualified professionals before making contractual, legal, engineering, financial, safety, or project decisions.
  • In Project AI is not legal, engineering, accounting, safety, financial, or claims advice.
  • Users should verify outputs before making project, cost, schedule, safety, legal, contractual, or financial decisions.

Access and integrations

  • CSV, Excel, PDF, and exported project data are supported today.
  • Direct connectors such as Procore, Autodesk ACC, Buildertrend, MS Project, and Primavera P6 require scoped implementation.
  • Teams should only upload documents they are authorized to share and analyze.
